中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平近日作出重要指示强调，把“义乌发展经验”进一步总结好运用好。
Chinese President Xi Jinping has urged efforts to further review the development experience of the city of Yiwu in east China's Zhejiang Province, and put it to good use. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in a recent instruction.

义乌发展经验，是从“鸡毛换糖”的草根智慧里长出来的县域发展成功范例。其核心是“坚持兴商建市，促进产业联动，注重城乡统筹，推进和谐发展，丰厚文化底蕴，力求党政有为”。
靠着“弄潮儿”敢闯敢干的精神，义乌从马路市场发展到全球最大小商品枢纽，超126万户市场经营主体、210多万种商品、联通230多个国家和地区。市场旺则产业兴，小商品带动产业链发展，带动全国超3200万人就业。
义乌敢闯敢试，首创“市场采购贸易方式”，破解小商品多品种、多批次、小批量出口难题，通关更快、成本更低，这一模式已在全国30多个专业市场复制推广。从“义新欧”中欧班列到“义甬舟”开放大通道，从跨境电商到数字市场，义乌始终以改革破堵点、以开放拓空间，把内陆小城变成“买卖全球”的开放枢纽。
